IMPORTANT NOTES:

*We accept CASH/checks at the mine. No credit cards. *No "lookers". All reservations must be PAYED. *Hard and fast policy - NO PETS PERIOD FOR INSURANCE REASONS. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. PLEASE DONT RESERVE WITH THIS INTENT. *Anyone 12 years of age and older is considered an adult. *We are OPEN on listed FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS ONLY pending weather. *For LARGE groups (40-65 people) we MAY open on another day. *DOWNLOAD the VIP Download for each attendee and bring them you. No password provided until the week of visit except out of state visitors that have legitimate reservations. *Please READ the entire website and especially what to bring. *Please allow a few days for FOLLOWUP email confirmation of your reservation request. *Infants are no charge but adult SUPERVISION is required for all children (<12 years old).

NOTES:

Disclaimer: A reservation request does NOT guarantee your visit. The only guarantee is if YOU get an email within a few days and then a phone call the week of your visit from the mine owner. If it is close to your visit date and you've not heard anything it's because we simply cant reach you. We will only try to make contact a few times so be diligent.

1) Fill out ALL information for a valid RESERVATION REQUEST. 2) An ERROR message means you didnt fill out the missing field(s). 3) Acknowledgement is sent after your reservation has been received and verified. 4) Allow 3 days for FORMAL RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. 5) Just click submit ONCE especially if using a dialup connection. 6) Bring proper clothing for outdoors. Click main page weather link to check weather. 7) We will not hold spots. Only make a reservation if you can make it. 8) Do not choose another valid Friday, Saturday or Sunday to reserve for another one. Use Jeff's Short Notice Yellow Box on the main page. 9) If you must CANCEL call or email immediately by using the phone number or email address provided on your request confirmation email. 10) No map will be provided unless you are confirmed the week of your visit with a final phone call by Wednesday. The only exception is out of state visitors. 11) If you need to cancel do so by Thursday or Friday. If you cant make it we know plenty of people that can. If you cancel on Sunday you WILL be placed on a no-show list and asked to PREPAY your reservation(s) in the future. This holds for groups as well.

Note: FAMILY FOUR PACK is listed under adult reservation choices.
To qualify there must be exactly 2 adults and 2 children (<12 years). No exceptions.
This provides you with ONE table for 4 people (1 adult and 1 child per screen)

We are open on the FRIDAYS, SATURDAY and SUNDAYS listed ONLY.
We only show 2-3 months of dates at a time. Just wait until
the date(s) show up that you want and then make a reservation.
Sold Out Dates are not shown. We recommend checking the Jeff's Short Notice
(yellow box) on main page if you are hoping for a quick dig.
One final note: All reservation dates are not shown. That means dates
not shown are open but we are not taking reservations yet. Check back. Thanks.
